Hi All
Just thought i'd let you know about the fantastic company we have recently used for airport pickup/drop off and car hire
Our circumstances are probably slighty different than most people as we need a specific type of rental vechicle due to us having to take my ECV scooter with us, and over the last 18years of booking car hire with most of the big companys, there isnt one of them that we havnt had problems with
. I have lost track of the amount of e-mail correspondance, phone calls, etc, etc that ive had over the years with guarantee's that we will "definately" have the van we have booked and paid for only to arrive at MCO to be told they no "Nothing" about our request then have to spend 4 hours arguing and trying to reach a suitable alternative
(not to mention the amount if time they try to charge you extra for there mistake 
)
Anyway my brother used this company last year after he'd had an accident and was unable to drive for a few days and recommended them to us, and I can honestly say they were FANTASTIC
I firstly sent my e-mail with my requirements, and then they phoned me several times from the USA to confirm our details and keep us updated
They were waiting for us at the airport complete with baby seat. And Billy the designated driver insisted on loading all of our luggage into the van which he'd also brought a trailer for my ECV, stopped at the supermarket of our choice for us to get some supplies before taking us to the villa and unloaded all of our luggage into the villa for us.
He arranged a time to collect my DH and Dad the next morning and another of his drivers arrived and chauffered them to the Budget car hire rental place which the vechicle we needed and and been promised was sat there waiting for us
They then phoned the day before we were due home to arrange car hire drop off and arrangemenst for airport dropoff.
I cannot reccomend this company's services enough and just though i'd share our experience which anyone who also hates the airport car hire experience
