Fantasmick Dining and Dining plan?

I'm sorry if this has already been asked a million times. Are you allowed a fanasmic dining package on the dining plan, if so, does anyone know how my TS you need to count?

We used the Fantasmic Package at Mama Melrose on the 25th and had no problems. There were 4 of us so we used 4 TS.

When I tried to make an ADR for the fantasmic package w/the dining plan, I was told that I couldn't. I decided to go ahead and make the reservation and hope that they'll give us passes for fantasmic. Otherwise, I guess we'll have to wait in line.
