I've read or seen on here that you can get a meal then have good seats to watch Fantasmic ( I think they are at the back)
How do I find out which restaurants do this package.

Thanks Catherine
Hopefully we will be booking today.
One question though, R Fripp, is that the Robert the musician from King Crimson and who is now married to Toyah Wilcox?

Hi Wilki32,
Yes it is.

Enjoy Fantasmic :D

Thanks again
Unfortunately looked at the dates we arrive on the 12th and leave on the 26th but the dates on the thread are the 6th and the day we go home and other suggestions for a meal then fireworks/show where we get good seats? And Catherine, Rob Fripp lives in the town where I work and have enjoyed a herbal tea with him, my one and only claim to fame!

Wilki32, as far as I know Fantasmic is on every night around 8pm. So you should be able to book the dinner package on whichever night is most convenient for you.

That is cool that you got to spend some time with Robert Fripp!!

we've been to fantasmic this

week & really enjoyed it.

We booked the package at guest relatios in the park on the same day. we wanted to eat at mama melrose's but they didnt have room for us .

so we ate at Hollywood & Vine & felt we got the best value & choice. It was 19.99 for adults & a much as yu can eat buffet. MM was $23 I think & a very limited menu.

I would definately go back to hollywood & vine, again.

We walked straight into Fantasmic half hour before the start & noqueue.

In WDW NOW !!

Thanks again guys
Going to try to book today and thankyou owl hearing from someone over there just makes me want to move that clock on. Enjoy your hols

We did Hollywood and Vine in March and Mama Melroses in June and much preferred Mama Melroses.

Hollywood and Vine is a buffet so there was quite a good selection but the food at Mama Meroses was superb and the service was excellent. There was plenty of choice on the menu for us.

We did Fantasmic on the 21st, having put off going for the previous few nights because of heavy rain/thunderstorms.

It was raining the night we went, but looked like it may clear up, so we decided to risk it :)

We had a quick burger at the fast food outlet opposite the entrance to Fantasmic and then went into the theatre about 50 minutes before (it was very funny seeing veryone in their yellow ponchos - although very difficult to keep track of family members).
I would say the theatre was about 60% full, but we still got a good position 3 rows from the front and just left of centre.
The wait for the show seemed to pass quickly with the help of Mexican waves :)

The dinner package seats all seemed to by right over to the righthand side of the theatre.
