Am I right in thinking Fantasmic is only on at certain times of year? I've been to Disneyworld 3 times in the last 4 years (May 2010 March 2011 and June 2014) and the only time we saw Fantasmic was in June. I want to book again for next year for 3 weeks this time so I will be there from May16 to June 6 will Fantasmic be on? It was a great show but it rained most of the way through it and I'd like to see it again when it's dry!!

It's performed every night year round (except if they are closing early for a special event).

There was a period when they only showed it a few nights a week but they changed it back to every night a few years ago. That might be why you only saw it in 2014.

Performed nightly except when weather conditions cause cancelation or when the park closes early for private events. If you can go on a day when thunderstorms aren't predicted for late in the day, you'll have a great chance of watching the show.

So on October 5 the park now closes at 7:30, but has EMH from 7:30-9:30 posted. The show starts at 8 pm. Does this mean that the show is only for those staying on property?

Nope you can stay in the park for the half hour and goto the show. But you'll not be able to do any attraction that you are not in queue for after 1930 hours.

Fantasmics scheduled such as this one are open to everyone with a park ticket.
