Fantasmic! WDW Dec - Dining, ECV questions

I'm looking for suggestions/answers to Fantasmic! with the following caveats:
ECV user,
Solo,
limited ability to eat (I usually survive on side orders for meals- weight loss surgery)
I'll be at WDW from Dec 23 to Jan 2 and already have made 1 Fantasmic package reservation for Mama Melrose for lunch on Dec 30. (I had to make the reservation for 2 for it to work).
While I have no objections to paying for the package - it really doesn't make much sense for me to do this multiple times. HOWEVER - I'd like to see the show multiple times. How difficult would it be as a solo guest using an ECV (willing to wait) to get a decent spot without a package reservation? I'm probably better off waiting until people have experienced the new show and wait times - but I don't know if I should find the time to make even more reservations just to be sure ;

Do you plan to stay in your ECV? If so, they have places at the very top of the audience for you to park and watch. Back when I have visited pre-pandemic, the cast members direct all ECVs while in line and where to park whether staying in ECV or not. One needs to be VERY patient in line, both coming in and when leaving.

FYI there have been multiple reports here of guests who reserved Harmonious dinner packages having to pay for every reservation, even if they had to make it for more people than in their party, like you did - for example, booked for 4 but only had a party of 3, had to pay full price for 4 people. So it would be a good idea for you to call Disney Dining and reduce the number of people on your Fantasmic package from 2 to 1. From reports here, the CMs aren’t surprised to receive those calls!
