Disney publishes dates and times approximately 6 months in advance.

BUT:
Make sure to check back often, as times and events are subject to change as the actual dates get nearer.

When you click the date on the official website it just gives the regular info, doesn't say if there is an extra show/parade or whatever due to EMH. I've been trying to see that same date myself, and it only says Fantasmic at 8:30. If the park is open till 11:30, wouldn't they add an extra Fantasmic? I haven't been to WDW in 7 years so things have changed a lot since my last trip.

No.

EMH has no direct relation to Fantasmic!

All Fantasmic! shows are listed on the calendar. That's why I posted the LINK to it.

If there is not a second show listed, there will not be one just because its an EMH.

As with all things like this, Disney could choose to ADD a show, but when they do, they add it to the calendar listing, too.
Check back there often.
