Fantasmic Seating - Where ???

Where/how do we get great seats for Fantasmic? I must have read 100s of threads on various posts ... in a restaurant ... behind the center lighting pole ... etc. I think I've decided to stretch out a blanket on the ground, right in the front. If I hang out at the end of Fantasmic 1, I should be able to do this for Fantasmic 2 ... correct? Also, where do I stretch out the blanket? I need an exact location or alternative, please. Behind the center lighting pole was interesting, although I don't want to have view of the control panel and the guys who operate everything, on our first view of DL Fantasmic. Thanks so much.

I am patiently awaiting my first Fantasmic experience as well so I am no expert, but I have been told that the best way to get a good seat is to arrive at the end of the first show when everyone is leaving , then you can have your pick. Good luck!

Yes. The question is when they leave and we move in, where should we move in to?

I advise is to arrive early and squat. Bring drinks and some snaks. Get as close to the water (railing) as possible. Sometimes there is only one show.
