Fantasmic Seating when Blue Bayou is closed?

We are going to DL in November and Blue Bayou and Pirates are closed for refurbishment. How will this affect the Famtasmic packages? Will the other restaurants use that area?

I would guess that they would open up a temporary third dining package option somewhere that doesn’t currently offer one and/or sell more of the other two packages.

I think there was a temporary dining package at Cafe Orleans when either BB or RBT was closed before. Maybe they will do the same thing again.

That’s my dad favorite ride... if I tell him that, he might just stay in the hotel all together if the park is crowded... this ride is one of the few things he is really looking forward to and probably a deal breaker for him...

Can you link where you got this information? I can't find it on the DLR website.

Were you looking at the calendar on the wdwinfo.com website? I know that it lists a Pirates (and other) closure for November 2019, but that information is inaccurate. I think they use 2011 as the template year and copy all of the information for the current year. Rather than remove the info associated with the template year, they leave it there and it's caused confusion in the past. Basically, you can use the wdwinfo.com calendar to get a sense of what future months might look like, but you can't take anything on the calendar as what will happen for months in the future.

I don’t think DLR plans that far in advance. I really hope that they would not close Pirates during Christmas time. My daughter would be so disappointed. Our family was the first family on Pirates when it reopened after adding Jack Sparrow in 2006.

Thank you! That's what I did. Now that you say it, I see it says "not yet released", but I didn't even notice as I scrolled through the months. So it looks like Pirates could be open.
