I have read about the Fantasmic Dinner Package being great, and it sounds like it, but what about the seating area for it? Is the reserved area the best place to view the show? Are there other areas that are better that make the package not so worth it? We are going to be going the last Thursday in September and dontt know what the crowds will be like. Anyone have any advice? Where are the best seats for the Fantasmic show?

DP seating is to the laft of stage. The best view is center stage about 2/3 from the water, higher up. I am not sure any seat would be real bad, but the DP seats are not the best. Hope this answers your question.

When I did the package the seating was the far right of the stage.. has it changed?

heather208.. the stage is a big curve you can see well from any of the sections... some people prefer front and centre ~ but please don't concern yourself ~ we were on the extreme right and had a great view.. it is much better to take the package and know that your sets are saved, rather than come 90 minutes ahead and wait around for a 25 minute show.

I strongly disagree with the above. We have been in the FDP section, front and center and other place for Fantasmic and I believe the sight lines are all the same. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house.

I agree. We have sat in the center and in the dinner package section off to the right. They have three screens, so your view is great from any area. Just don't sit behind a pole!

I have to agree with most of the above. We were there July 31st and in the dinner package section. There are 3 water screens and all the action is very visable from anywhere. Beware, I got there about 45 minutes early and those people that arrived 30 minutes had a hard time finding a seat. The CM said they had to turn away 30 people the night before. I for one would be very upset if I had paid for the dinner package as was turned away!!

I watched Fantasmic for the first time in December and was seated all the way to the far left, down in front. While my view was fine and there was nothing that I could not see well, the floats were only lit up when they were in the center! I don't know if that is how it always is or not but that was a bit of a disappointment to me. I wanted to take pictures of them and they were always dark when they passed my section. Next time I go I am going to try really hard to get a seat in the center section.

When I was there last week the floats were lit for the whole trip around....maybe you just got unlucky that day???
