We did the F! Dessert Party on January 14 and I had heard conflicting reports about being able to pick up tickets at the hotel so I tried it. We were staying at the GCH and I went to Guest Services that morning and asked about picking up my tickets. I was told that you could only pick them up at the hotel if you had booked them as part of a package. We didn't, so I had to pick them up at the ticket booth outside the park.

We stayed at the Grand last August and our tickets were waiting for us at the front desk when we checked in. I did have Vacation Planning book the reservations, but the front desk did have the tickets. NO PACKAGE

Hmmm ~ granted we did this last July but I didn't book a package and was able to do it, we stayed at the DLH.

I am wondering if they consider it a "package" if Vacation Planning does the booking? Think I will email my VP contact and see what she says.

Well, my contact at VP just confirmed that my tickets with my itinerary will be at the front desk of the Grand when I check in. They also made some PS's for me and booked a tour. Will report back what happens next month.

ETA - She just emailed again and said that Vacation Planning actually has physically possession of the tickets (she double checked and they are in their office right now) - maybe that is the difference? VP also does prints up a daily itinerary when you use them and the tickets are included with the itinerary.
