Fantasmic question

I did a search, but didn't find the info. I'm looking for.
Does the Fantasmic dining package still have a separate entrance? We did this a few years ago and it was nice to not line up soooooo early. I thought I read that this package no longer has a separtate entrance. Can anyone give me updated info?

no separate entrance, but you should be able to wait until the line moves in and then walk in to get you seats....usually the line is let in a good 45 minutes before show time (if it is the first show)

If the show is really busy, do they still keep the area reserved? If we showed up 30 min. before showtime, would we still have a seat guaranteed?

I don't know the "rules" but I have seen that area quite empty up until only a few minutes before the show (like maybe 5) then it does seem to fill up - they take down the rope at the top of the stairs around then that keep "regular folks" from heading down to those seats....

at 30 minutes til you would be fine....

They discontinued it, but just started it up again last month! The entrance isn't at Oscar's anymore, now it's near Beauty and the Beast.

Yep! Just used it last week. It's to the right side of the Beauty & the Beast theater. We arrived 45 minutes early & there was no line. We got in & got great seats. It seems that the reserved section starts closer toward the middle than it used to.

We did this back in June. I didn't like entering at the same entrance as everyone else. I thought it was a great benefit to have a separate, uncrowded entrance. ETA: Glad it's been changed back.

The separate entrance was reinstated in early September of this year. It's now just before the Beauty & the Beast theater. We used it on September 10.
