Fantasmic question about standing in line (in June)

I know the standard recommendation (without a FP) is to get in line 60 or 90 minutes before the show starts to get one of the best seats. If I am comfortable with just any decent seat, what can I expect if I get in line only 15 minutes before the show starts? Is there a chance at that point that it will be "sold out" and there will be no seats left at all, or does that just mean I will get a less-than-ideal seat?

You MIGHT not be seated at all.
Or, you MIGHT be just fine,
No way to know in advance.

BTW, 90 minutes early would be overkill except for the busiest holiday times.
Figure 45-60 minutes early to be the "average safe" arrival time, WITH a FP+ or the Dining Plan, or none at all.

Keep in mind that really all the seating at that venue are good.

BTW, most guests who arrive 60-45 minutes before show-time won't be "standing in line" for the first (or only) F! performance of the evening.
The CMs will open the theater and guests will just walk through the (long) queue and find a seat.

If it's the second show, 15 minutes early is fine.

If it's the first (or only) show, 30 to 45 minutes would be better.
