Fantasmic pkg with dining plan? (& Pepper Market?)

I'm noticing conflicting things in different threads about this.

I need to know DEFINITIVELY whether or not they allow you to use table service meals on the dining plan for the fantasmic pkg. We would like to do that with Hollywood and Vine and the price is definitely comparable to other character/sitdown meals at restaurants I see on the pdf list as table service meals.

So will they allow this or not?

I need to know- because if not... I have to figure out another table service meal for us to use those 4 table service meals on the dining plan!

Also while I'm on the subject- also seeing conflicting things about Pepper market. It's not on the list- but others have mentioned able to use it there. Were those "slip ups" just because the dining pkg was new and the staff at PM weren't aware they weren't supposed to be used there and you can't really use the dining pkg there? If you CAN, is it table service meals used or is it considered counter service?

I mentioned having/reading that list. Fantasmic pkg isn't listed- but H&V is. Conflicting posts about whether it's included or not.
Pepper Market isn't listed that I can see either- conflicting posts about people having used it.

This is why I'm asking. I already have the list- thanks though!

The Fantasmic diner package is NOT included with the Magic Your Way Plus Dining package.

I just made PS, for the fantasmic package for our April trip. The CM, told me that I could not use My way dining, unless I had the premium package.

About a week ago, someone posted that they were allowed to us their My way, at the Pepper Market. It is not on the list. The post also stated that since the plan was new, that a lot of CM, did not know, so were letting things slide by. I think as every body becomes more aware, of the plan, and know the rules, the CM will not let things slide, just to move the line faster.

I don't know if this answer will help or not. I wouldn't count on using the plan at the pepper market, and def. not for the Fantasmic package.

I also notice your countdown is not for quite awhile. If this is the trip, your planning----who knows by then. The plan could be completely different.

You mentioned reading a PDF list, but I didn't know if it was the official list. I usually plan my stuff by Disney's list, because if I just read it here, it could be a one time thing.

According to your countdown, your trip is over a year away. I don't think the meal plan will change be June.

Ah, my countdown is for the first cruise. We're going to WDW this June though.

Thanks everyone... I guess I can plan that out all together. I'm having difficulty planning enough table service meals as it is- I know I can't plan enough on the dining plan and THEN pay for Fantasmic dinner pkg also!

We don't usually do a lot of sitdown meals when it's just the kids and myself... only did more when we're on family trips with DH. But this trip will just be us and we'd probably eat more counter service. We do like character meals though. I figured up how much we'd pay if we just did the character meals we'd want and counter service the rest of the time- and it was only about $30 less than the dining plan. The problem is I'll have to pay adult price on the dining plan for my oldest, even though she can (and does) eat the child's meals at the restaurants. This is really a pain the way they charge adult price for children who are young enough for child's meals at the restaurants!
So anyway.. doing the dining plan allows us to go to more character meals for about the same price as paying for meals ourselves and going on far less character meals... but I was figuring 4 sitdown meals as the fantasmic pkg! So back to the drawing board. LOL
