Fantasmic open for Xmas?

Hello. I'm trying to plan out my Disneyland trip. The last two years, Fantasmic has been closed during the Christmas holidays. What ashame. I want to go for Christmas but I don't want to miss Fantasmic either.

Does anyone know if Fantasmic will be open during the holidays this year?

Wish I knew. I am really hoping that they run it at least during the weekends and during "holiday periods" this coming year. It is a shame that they have limited it to 3-4 months a year now.
