Fantasmic H & V Pick up tickets???

Reserved the Fantasmic H & V package today. CM was nice but a little confused- wasn't quite clear on where we got the tickets that let us into Fantasmic.

He told me Oscars???, Guest relations at MGM, then finally said, "Oh no, they give them to you after you pay for dinner".

Which is right??

I just booked the Fantasmic dinner package today at H & V also..we are going 11/2-10th...will see Fantasmic on the 8th. I was told on the phone today that they just changed things around, but you get your passes for Fantasmic when you eat dinner.

Thanks for letting me know this. I made reservations about a month ago (well, 60 days before Nov. 12) for the night of November 12 and they told me to pick up the vouchers at guest services as soon as I entered the park that morning.

We did the Hollywood & Vine Fantasmic dinner package last week. We picked up our vouchers at the dining guest services booth at the corner of Hollywood and Sunset (I think that is where it was located). You could probably get your vouchers at the restaurant, but I think that you would be safer getting the voucher at guest services sometime during the day before you actually go to dinner. The family sitting at the table next to us at H&V also did the package, but didn't get their voucher beforehand, and they seemed to be having a little difficulty getting the waitress to get them their voucher for the show.

We ate under the old type of program in July and she gave us a 'chit' with the number of guests on when we placed our order at H & V.

We did fantasmic dinner package at H&V last week. We picked up our dinner voucher and fantasmic ticket at the guest relations booth outside MGM. The CM was very quick and it was not too inconvenient.

After dinner, you go to Oscar's garage sometime between 5:30 and 7:00 to get seated (you are escorted through the back entrance to the fantasmic theatre). We got there at 7:00 and still ended up with good seats in the first 15 rows. It was a Wednesday evening (10/16).
