Fantasmic! during our Trip

We will be in parks from Monday, 20 March until that Friday.

Fantasmic! is only showing on Friday - does that mean they don't expect large crowds during that time?

Not really. March is still off season even though it is spring break. And in the off season fantasmic only is on Friday and Saturday. I'm sure it will still be fairly crowded when you go. Any time in March usually is!
