Fantasmic dinning package

I thought this was two dinning credits but the CM at DD just told my sister it was only one credit. Can someone please confirm this. Also I have read on the boards that they will give away the reserved seat after a while so whats the latest we should be there for a seat. mThis is for the last week of Jan- early Feb.
