Fantasmic Dinner Seating Times

What are the Fantasmic dinner seating times? We will probably eat at MaMa Melrose's, and I was curious what reservation times the package includes. I read that the latest time available was generally 3:30 or 4pm at the 180 day mark. Then, they open up other times around the 21 day mark. Do they also take reservations for lunch? Or say a 2pm time, or are 3:30 and 4pm the only times available? Thanks in advance.

I just called and got a 3:30 - the cm said they only take FDP from 3:30 to 4:30 - -

but like you, I've heard they do open a few more time slots up - but I have no idea when!!

It's been my experience that when we call at exactly 180 days (+10 days for onsite). We have always been able to get 5-5:30pm. It's only if I change it that I sometimes end up with a 4pm slot.

Thanks for the info. I believe the first Fantasmic show is at 6:30pm during the time of year we are going. They probably don't want people to show up late for ADRs and then miss the show if they don't get people seated promptly. I guess we'll shoot for a 4-4:30pm time if later times are not available. I just wanted to leave open the option of seeing the 3pm parade in case the kids are interested.

I called at the 180 (actually more than that because of on-site and it's later in our trip) mark and just asked for the latest possible time and got a 5:00. BUT Fantasmic isn't showing until 9:00 when we are there (June) so I would guess that makes a difference. I never called to see if any later times would have ever opened up because we were fine with the 5.

I booked H & V FDP for 5:30 PM about 120 days out. I had originally scheduled 5:00, but called back later and changed it. Fantasmic is at 9:00 when we are there.

We booked the Fantasmic package for our trip in June. We got 4:40pm at the Brown Derby and Fantasmic is playing at 9pm and 10:30pm that particular night.

Last trip we had a 4:45 at H&V and weren't seated until 5:30 and had plenty of time to eat (although the buffet and general atmosphere there IMO is terrible). The show can't start until it's dark and it doesn't get dark until LATE in the summer, and even in mid October it was waaay after we left the restaurant before the show started- we had time to do a few things before going in to the show and still sat for a while.

when i called for the package, they offered me 5:15 -


IMO that is too early for me and GF to eat dinner - i ended up just scheduling dinner for 7 pm , hoping to make it to the show in time.

from what i understand, people wait in line for awhile to get in the show - i just cant bring myself to eat a large dinner that early. oh well.
