Fantasmic Dinner planning help

Ok, so I am thinking Hollywood and Vine is the best for picky eaters? I saw the menu and it didn't say fries. Do they have fries?

Most importantly if fantasmic is at 7 what is the best time to reserve dinner for?

Can't tell you about Hollywood and Vine but we made our ADR at Mama Melrose for 5:30 and F! starts at 9:00.
