Hello, I read on the allears dining menu that there is a fixed price for the fantasmic dinner package.


Fantasmic Dinner Package

Price Fixe Menu - appetizer, dinner, dessert and non-alcoholic bev. Adults: $32.99, Children: $11.99


My question is if you are on the diningplan (one tableservice and one counter meal) and an appetizer is not icluded do they change the rules for this package, as it states an appetizer is included (above).

No the Fantasmic pkgs is one of the few times that people on the basic DDP can still get an appetizer. An appetizer is included as part of the pkg so even people on the basic DDP get one. It's the same way with the Brown Derby Fantasmic pkg, except it costs two credits. I ate there last May on the basic DDP and was able to get a really good tomato/mozzarella salad as an appetizer. Just FYI: I was also allowed a virgin pina colava as a beverage on the DDP at Mama Melrose.

OT: in case you didn't know you can also get a chef's favorites deal at both Chef's de France and Le Cellier, where you get to choose an appetizer, entree, dessert, and drink. The only thing is at those two restaurants you must choose from the 3 or 4 selections listed for appetizers, entree, and desserts and they do not allow any substitutions. For the Fantasmic pkgs you can get anything on the menu. Oh, also at Le Cellier you can get shakes, smoothies, or virgin drinks as your beverage too.
