Fantasmic Dinner Packages Feb 2016

I was hoping to book an ADR at Hollywood & vine for the Fantasmic dinner package but I'm not seeing any dates in Feb for the show. If I book the restaurant & dates for Fantasmic are released later can I call and change it to the dinner/show package?

You can cancel a reservation up until the night before. You can't "change" your reservation, but you can cancel and book the package when it's available.
