Fantasmic dinner package with Dining plan?

On the surface -- it looks like this is an excellent value -- but is it legit?

Can you use a TS credit for the Fantasmic Dining package at Hollywood and Vine?

Yes.

Here's the skinny on Fantasmic package and DDP

You can use 1 TS or deluxe credit for the Fantasmic package at either H&V or Mama Melrose.

Brown Derby will cost you 2 credits.

If you pick Brown Derby or Mama Melrose, you get an appetizer as part of the package - even if you are on the regular dining plan.

If you pick Mama Melrose the package does not allow you to choose your own dessert - you will be given a dessert "sampler" for the table. Otherwise you order right off the regular menu. Hollywood & Vine is a buffet, so you get the full buffet.
