I've tried reading through all of the pages in the Fantasmic sticky but I just can't find what I'm looking for.

Do I need to pay the whole price of FDP when making my ADR or just a deposit per person?

When I made my reservations for my upcoming trip they asked for a credit card # but my mom wasn't home (she's paying for the trip) and I don't have a cc but my aunt was home so I asked what was going to be charged to it and he said they don't charge anything at the time of booking. You pay once the meal is done. They will only charge your cc if nobody shows up for the reservation hth
ETA: this was booked at Hollywood Brown Derby btw
ETA: I'm not totally sure but I assume you can pay in disney dollars if you want

They only take the credit card as a hold. If you don't show up, they charge you $10 (just like at CRT).

You can pay any way you want - your server just brings your check as normal.

I believe it is 48 hours, but I'm sure someone else can come in and confirm.

Yes - I was told when I made my ressies that it needed to be cancelled 48 hrs. prior to not be charged.
