Fantasmic Dining plan & Jingle Bam dessert party

I think I might of goofed...I based my decision on the past 2 years of hours for Hollywood Studios listed here at WDW info. For my christmas week trip I booked the Fantasmic dining package which gives me reserved viewing for Fantasmic but also booked the Jingle Bam dessert party. My current problem is that Fantasmic is at 8pm and Jingle Bam check in is also at 8pm for a 9pm show. With the current schedule I calculate an arrival of 8:45pm with fantasmic traffic to Jingle Bam area which leaves me no time for desserts. My question is when does Disney add the 7pm show I based my decision on, that isn't currently listed on the park schedule for my day? I thought I'd use my Fantasmic tickets for this 7pm show since it is the 1st show to get to Jingle Bam by 8pm. Should I depend on HS adding that 1st Fantasmic show? Currently there is only a scheduled 8pm and 9pm fantasmic show. 2014 and 2015 hours on wdw info do list 3 shows.

If they keep the 8PM F!, there will be no 7PM F!

When there are two F! shows, they are scheduled at least 90 min. apart.

If they do add a 7PM F!, the second show will begin at 8:30PM.
