Fantasmic dining package - how to book 180 days from uk?

I'm looking to book the fantasmic dining package for the Brown Derby at the 180 days mark.
I read on the restaurant forum that often these are not loaded onto online and its best to call .
Can anyone advise? What have you done and what number do I call from the Uk ( and at what time? )

Also what is the best time for the ADR - fantasmic usually starts at 8 pm right?

let me see if i can find the disney UK number i just called last week (not for that but for something else - i assume it works for this as well)..

i think this was the number i called last week - 0800 1690 730

I booked it online, it appeared as one of the options in the restaurants list on mydisneyexperience website. The same for the Tomorrowland dessert party.

Not sure, I'm sorry.
BTW, I tried to book the Brown Derby 183 days before (it was for my third day of vacation) and couldn't find any availability, only Mama Melrose. However it was for 3/1, the last day of the holidays madness, probably other periods are not so difficult.
