Fantasmic Dining Package at Hollywood & Vine

I booked a Fantasmic dining package at 5pm in May, for H & V, which seems to be the latest time available for dinner. All these negative reviews for H&V have me worried now though. Should I keep my ADR just for the Fantasmic pkg, despite the restaurant? There are some other times available, at 3:45, for Mama Melrose, but I have no desire to eat that early.

We have done this package the last 3 visit and can´t say anything negative about it.Everybody in our party found something they liked,in fact we ´re doing it again this May.

I would do Mama Melrose at 3:45 - even thought it is really early.
We will NEVER return to H & V. It was the worst meal we have ever had in WDW over years of trips. The hot food was not hot, the cold food was not cold, we were surrounded by dirty unbussed tables, our waitress was RUDE - the only place I have experienced this. The Ladies Room was fiflthy.
