Fantasmic Dining in November?

Does anyone know when they will release the dates for fantasmic dining packages in Nov ‘18? Which is the best package for little kids (ages 7, 4, and 1)? TIA

H&V would be choice with little ones. The food doesn't get great reviews, but we thought it was actually pretty good. The characters are really fun and they should be in holiday attire that time of year. We did it in Nov 16 and I don't recall exactly when it was released, but I think it was at least a few weeks after my 180. I just checked every morning until it finally opened.
