Fantasmic Diner Package - Late Times - August

Just FYI,

I just made a 6:10PM dinner ressie for the Brown Derby Fantasmic Pacakage on August 5th. The late times for this date appear to be open now.

I'm assuming Hollywood and Vine and Mama Melrose are available too but I didn't ask.

Thanks Stuart! Exactly the information that I was coming to get over here.

I have been trying to make a ressie for H&V for August 9 for 6 of us and there has been NO availability. Hopefully I will be able to get something now.

I can confirm that H&V has now opened up late times for 8/5 as well. As of this morning they were booking times from 4:40PM thru 7PM. We took 7PM....see my post in another thread:

BethR, you might want to check again on 7/9 or 7/10. 30 days appears to be a magic number. I had called on 7/4 but nothing earlier than 4:20 was available. This AM the dam broke!

I think that the dam broke for all of August (well, at least for EARLY August ) because I was able to get my ressies for August 9 for 5:10.

Actually, we would not have minded the earlier times since we like to make this a late lunch/early dinner to save time and money. But 5:10 is not bad. We will be at Epcot earlier in the day and we will just have a little snack around noon or so.

In my case I'm planning this for a friend of mine, his DW and 3 kids. I have them going to 50's prime time earlier that day, so its good that the space is there now.

Oh goodie! I was able to change my 4:30 ressie to 6:30 on August 13. I am happy!

Is 50' Primetime not a part of the Fantasmic Dinner Package anyomore. I thought it used to be, but don't see mention of it anywhere.

I just changed my Aug. 13th Mama Melrose Fantasmic Pkg. from 4:30PM to 6:00PM!!

I wonder if I should call or wait a few more days?

So far the latest person with success is August 13.

I just called and nothing yet for August 23. Oh well, I guess I have to wait a bit longer...no biggie.

I just called and changed my 4:30 time on 8/7 to 6:30. Works out great for us as we have lunch scheduled at Sci Fi for 12:15 and I couldn't see eating dinner at 4:30!!

I just booked H&V at 6:00 on 8/9. I was under the impression that the package was pre-paid, but they just took my cc number to hold the ressie.

I just booked Mama Melrose for Aug. 9 at 6:30 pm. They had a 7 pm available, but I thought that may be pushing it to make the 9 pm Fantasmic.

I had a really nice, chatty CM named November.

Not yet. We have 4:20 at Mama Melrose's for Aug. 26. Called just now to try to get something a bit later and was told they are totally booked for that night...latest time would have been 4:30. Guess we'll have to keep trying or just plan on an early dinner for that night.

You might want to try again! Later times have opened up! I just got off the phone and was FINALLY able to get 6:30p for August 23!!! YEAH!
