Fantasmic Closure & HS Expansion

I'm just thinking aloud - is it possible the rumors (maybe this should be on the Rumors Page) about a Fantasmic! closing is tied to the expansion plans in Hollywood Studios?

By closing the Park early, construction, which takes place mostly during the night, can proceed at an earlier hour than if the Park closed after Fantasmic!

Also, on a similar thought, is it possible this all occurs once the Nighttime Show in Animal Kingdom is able to offer an alternative for the crowds?

And while I'm at it - my bet for the timeline for these announced expansions would be to be completed by the end of 2020 and finalized by the 50th Anniversary of Disney World in 2021.

Lastly, still surprised at no news of anything Marvel being included. As I understand it - the name Marvel can be used east of the Mississippi, but why not promote the allowable 'secondary' Characters along with the Marvel franchise….in Epcot Innovention buildings?

I wouldn't count on Fantasmic closing at all until Disney announces it. And if it does, it won't be because they want to start construction earlier in the night. Disney will more than likely be working more than just overnight and will have walls in place. I don't see the expansion affecting Fantasmic unless they are removing Fantasmic, which I don't see.

Disney still can't do any Marvel rides. And from everything said about it, they can't really advertise much Marvel within the parks.

And I don't think they're waiting for the night time activities to be ready at AK before beginning anything at HS. I'd imagine they start on HS before AK introduces the night time stuff
