Fantasmic - April 30

What are our chances of getting into Fantasmic without doing the dinner package??? We will be there for our vow renewal (May 1) and would like to see Fantasmic the night before with my sister and her family. I know they won't want to do the dinner package due to $$$$.

Actually, the dinner package guests have only a small amount of seating reserved for them. The vast majority of the seats are for walkups. Consequently, you won't be denied a spot in fanstasmic as long as the seats don't fill up. Just get there early and wait in line.

DH and I told them it was our Honeymoon and they gave us great seats!

I debated whether or not to get the dinner show package, too. We were there the third week of August. MGM was crowded. We took a chance and decided to try our luck without a package. It was fine. We walked to the theater about 30 minutes before the show and sat in a row about four rows down from the top. We saw everything just fine, and as a bonus...we were closest to the exit when it was over!!

From experience........

If you have a dinner package, there is an entire section of stadium seating that is reserved, however once you are in, you can sit wherever you would like.

I personally would not sit in the middle and if you want to take pictures, I would not sit in the first 10 rows because of the water spray. (I am too concerned about my camera) My FILs camera got wet on the last trip and it took it a day to dry out. He was in row 9 from the attraction.
