Fantasmic- any changes over the years?

I have seen Fantasmic perhaps once every 2-3 years since it started. Every time I see it I think some of the show has changed a little. Is this attraction bascially the same as when it started? Maybe there is just so much going on I don't remember it all after not seeing it for 3 years. Saw it a few days ago and it seemed a lot louder than before.

I've seen it a few times and it seems the same to me except that some new characters are added to the boat ride. Like, for instance, Lilo.

Over the years, they've tweaked certain elements but nothing major has changed yet.
