Fantasmic! and Rivers of Light in the same night

I'm looking at trying this on 08/14. Fantasmic! at 9 and ROL second show at 10:30. We are likely going to purchase express transportation for the week.

Questions:

DHS closes at 9:30 and AK at 10....seems like I read that an express bus would still leave at 9:40. Is that the case or would it be 9:10?

If express is not an option, is it possible to get on a regular bus and still make it for the 10:30 show? I had read that the standby lines were much shorter for the second show. Or would we be better off to get out of Fantasmic! as quickly as possible and Uber to AK? Or just try to go to ROL another night?

I would Uber just because it is so easy and you won't lose a lot of time standing around waiting for an express bus or regular bus. You could just have Uber waiting on you outside HS as soon as Fantasmic was over.
