Fans allowed

How do I find out what types of fans are allowed? Does anyone have any suggestions, I need something rather loud to drown out my husbands snoring lol. I have tried white noise apps on my phone but those just seem to be really annoying. They don't sound like actual fans, and the other sounds just aren't loud enough to drown him out.

My daughter brought along her Dohm white sound machine. It is like a little fan.

The gist being that fans can be brought and should be packed in carry on and need to be presented for inspection.

The wonder allowed my fan...one year later the dream wouldn't let me have it. It just depends on the inspector I guess.
