"YOUR WAIT TIME WILL BE GREATER THAN 15 MINUTES" I stayed on once for 45 mintutes with no pick-up, so I hung up.

This seems to be the new MS call in booking speech. I just tried at 10 am (11/14/13) with no luck. Maybe their trying to get us all to book on-line only.
This is what I've been getting for a month now at different times.

Anyone having a different experience on wait times?

I had the same experience last week. We received our membership number and I called to make our first reservation and got the same message. I waited much longer than 15 min. to be told I had no points yet. Once our title company took care of the missing point issue I called back with a few questions and got the same message again. I ended up booking our trip online. Since we are new to this I thought I just hit a busy time but I was calling in the middle of the afternoon during the week so I'm not sure. At least its an 800 number!! Hopefully it won't always be like this.

just called again at 6:20 pm today 11/14/13 and got the same message I've been getting all month.
greater than 15 minutes.

I guess I can't cancel a night since I can't get throught. Guess I just have to keep calling till someone answers.

I called 2 days ago in the afternoon and got right through. I guess I was lucky!
