Family vacation

My entire family will be going on vacation June 9-16 to Disney World and I would like to create an itenerary for the vacation to give to each family. Does anyone have any ideas how I can do this? I am not totally computer savy so it would really need to be something simple with instructions. Any help would be appreciated

When we travelled with my mom two years ago I put everything into a table that I created in Word, made each square 5cm x 8.5cm. Each square had one day's info: ADRs, park times, parade times, etc. I cut up each square and "laminated" them with dollar store business card laminating covers. Those were 8 for $1 and you just peel and stick. Once they were laminated I punched a hole in one corner and used a binder ring. We could connect them to a bag or a belt loop and everyone had the info handy.

I used trip it for our vacation last year and it was great!!! Just plug in info, or have them inport straight from email. Airline/flight info, daily shcedules and ressies. You tell it who to give access to and you can even use it from your phone! And best of all - it's free!
