Family Style Meals

What meals at WDW are served Family Style? By Family Style I mean one big platter for everybody at the table to share. I'd like to try and hit all or most of them on my 2009 trip (yeah, I'm planning a little bit early!)

The ones I can think of are:
Whispering Canyon Cafe - Skillet
Garden Grill
Liberty Tree Tavern - Dinner only
Ohana
Hoop De Doo Revue

What are the others that I am missing? I am not talking about buffets. I'm also specifically interested in lunches and dinners as I'm not really a big breakfast eater.

I think you covered all of them except for the Spirit of Aloha Polynesian Luau. I can't think of any others.

The first two times we went to Akershus it was a family style breakfast. The last time in December 2006 it was a small buffet. Has this changed again?

BTW, I preferred the smaller selection of food at the Akershus family style breakfast. The buffet had choices that this picky eater just wouldn't touch.

The last time we went it was a strange mix.... they asked us each what we wanted and we had I think 3 choices... they then brought us what we had ordered... and then we had all you could eat from a small buffet of fruits cheeses and cold meat.... the options on the buffet were very limited and quite frankly not that appealing... unless of course you have a hankering for goat cheese.

Last we were there for breakfast there was a cold buffet and then a warm breakfast platter served family style
