Family run Sold out????

Okay I went to sign up for the 5k run this weekend (Buzz and Woody's Best Friends 5K )
According to the first page it 90% sold out, but when I go and try to reg it then tells me it is sold out! Kinda bummed about it,

Anyway.....Should I phone and have my name added to a waiting list and hope that someone cancels, or is it unlikely that people will?

Family Run Sold Out? might be a better title. I was about to get concerned I hadn't gotten any notification that they'd cancelled it.

That said...

I think they have to manually update the rundisney site, so they may not have put all their numbers in yet to make that say sold out. I don't know if they have a waiting list, but if so it couldn't hurt to get on it, especially if you're already going to be down in Orlando.

I got a little scared there from your title! I just signed up a few days ago after being on the fence between the 5K and the 1/2 so it looks like I did it just in time! Never hurts to make a phone call.

I had the same question!!! I went to register just now and it says 90% full but only gave me the waitlist option. Signed up for the 1/2 half and 5k waitlist...but does not anybody have any experience with getting put on waitlist?

Site has now been updated to let you know it's sold out. They do have the waitlist Option if anyone is interested.

I have to admit that I was looking forward to going and being a spectator for the half and full. Now, since I am an idiot procrastonator I was forced to enter the half. Thank god that was open or I'd heading out for some long runs comming up. It only cost $90 more than I wanted to spend. I had to run something so that was it. Damn!
