Family Reunion t-shirts

Does anyone have any fun ideas or designs to make a family reunion t-shirt? I also want to make a shirt set for my DH and DS (will be 11 months at trip) with Buzz and Woody. I was thinking about doing a picture of Buzz and Woody on the front with their names on the back with "Best Buddies". We are going in September for our 1st family vacation.

I was looking at some designs like that yesterday that someone had posted. They are so creative. I've been looking to do something fun for my DH and DS to match or for us to have as a family. Do you have anything with Nemo? I'd love one that had that with The Holstein Family Vacation around it with September 2008 on the bottom. How do you go about creating those?
