"Family" gifts?

My dad buys each of our four kids a gift for Christmas. I usually try to make it easier on him by coming up with a family gift. One year he got the kids DDR for PS2, another year he got them a Karaoke Machine.

I could use some suggestions on family gift ideas. My kids are ds13, dd11, ds9 and dd7. We don't need museum or zoo memberships, don't need ice cream maker or popcorn maker.

Thanks for the ideas- we have a basketball net. We are at our limit with space in this house so there would be no room for either a pool table or ping pong. It's too bad cause I grew up with a great game room-pool, foosball, pinball and slots. I had the fun house to hang out in. I would love a pool talbe-I'm pretty good at it.

My mom is down to giving us personalize she makes or things she wants us to have.

My sister will give a Christmas memento, like an ornament or fun thing, like a dancing Santa or something. Keep it light and fun.
