On the ship are there any family activities or is it like one area is for the kids and another is for the adults and another for the teens?

We felt there were plenty of family activities - although there are specific areas for children (the clubs) and adults (the spa, the bars, the adult-only pool). That said, there is family time in the clubs if you want to join in the fun, plus the kids and family pool. My daughter "played" bingo with me, and there were several evening games in different venues that were family-oriented. Movies, the shows, other deck games - all listed in the Navigator. Enjoy!

You don't say if you're on the Wonder or the Magic. Both ships have family activities in Studio Seas (usually) between the 1st and 2nd seating. These are typically game type shows such as Walk the Plank, or Mickey Mania. Three or four pairs of people are chosen to answer questions for prizes. They will also have family karaoke, and family dance parties there.

On the 7 day cruises, there are family cabaret shows between the dinner seatings. Those were my family's favorite thing to do. We really missed it on the 4 day Wonder trip. Basically, the entertainers will do a short show that they gear for families. We had a ventriloquist, a juggler, a singer who would take requests, etc. Lots and lots of fun.

After you look at the navigators, if you have specific questions about a particular activity, feel free to ask. It's a good bet that someone on this board has done it.

There are also activities by the Goofy pool on sea days....the characters come out and play games with hula hoops and balls with the kids (parents all have their cameras at the ready so it is a family activity) or the characters will lead a fun exercise routine to music.

There are plenty of activities that bring all ages togther and some activities that are for separate ages.
