False Fire Alarm Lake Beana vista condo and Spa

We stayed from Friday Jan 18th thru Jan 22nd ...Nice condo 3 bedroom for 145.00 a day......BUT ....Monday morning around 7:00AM..JAN 21ST.my family and i were sound asleep when i could hear an alarm sound very LOW and some voice bearly able to hear what was being said....Woke me up ...opened the door and was saying please evacuate to the nearest exits..do not take elevators...i ran to our balcony and could see a fire truck arriving...i woke up my family and we immediately went down stairs from our 9th floor room.....it so happened it was someone that got the alarms sounding off maybe by someone maybe smoking an officer told me as i asked....Reason for me Writing is.....If this was an actual FIRE....THE FIRE ALARMS ARE BARELY HEARD FROM THE ROOMS.....I'm a light sleeper...BUT MY FAMILY HEARD NOTHING AND MANY MANY MORE PEOPLE THAT SLEPT THERE THAT MORNING WOULD NEVER HAVE HEARD...THEY SLEPT THRU IT....

That is definitely not good. I am a heavy sleeper.

Seriously they need the ones we have at work. I work in a nursing home and every Friday the maintenance director has to set them off for a mandatory test and those things scare me to death.

Hmm we were staying there the same time you were, we must have been in different buildings or wow we didn't hear the alarm. We were in building 5...
