Actually, I hate pumpkin, but love fall. So I have to disagree with you on both points!

I love the colors, the weather, even fall clothes! I love Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas! The rest of the year is so boring and dull, but not Fall! There is always something going on!

While pumpkin anything is GOOD, I still do enjoy the whole autumn season. In fact it's my favorite season of all. I love the cooler days and the end of summer's disgusting humidity, I love the crispness in the air and the fact that I can wear jeans and a flannel shirt or sweatshirt and not sweat to death when I go out for a walk. I love the leaves changing colors. I love taking long drives in the country looking at the trees awash with vivid yellows, reds and oranges, so beautiful. I love the harvest season, the combines in the field harvesting the corn and soybeans. I love cooking "comfort foods" again. I love it that our wedding anniversary is in the fall. I love the "fall back" time change and snuggling in during the long, cool fall evenings and watching a movie and munching on popcorn while a fall-scented candle burns. To me, it's a beautiful time of the year. Too bad winter has to follow it though, darn it! The older I get the less I enjoy the snow.
