Fall resort discounts?

IF Disney were to offer discounts for Fall 2023, does anyone have a guess as to when they'd be released? We are looking at end of September/beginning of October and can't decide between renting DVC points or rolling the dice and hoping for a discount (looking at CSR, AKL-Jambo, BWI preferably if not renting DVC points)
