Just to let you guys know, you arent punk rock becuase you like Fall Out Boy. And also you arent a big fan of them if you only know 2 songs by them (Dance, Dance && Sugar We're going Down) because those two have music videos. And if you dont know that they have more than two CDs I suggest you shut up.

Sorry it annoys me when people say they are a "HUGE" fan, when they dont even know any names on songs on their 1st album.

I HATE that.. it anoying.. I didn't really conster myself a fan until I got their CD then I consitered myself a fan.. and by reading some post I can tell their are some people who are acting like a big fan but id really not...

You don't need to know almost every song to be a fan. I don't know nearly all of Nickelback's songs, and I consider myself a fan of them.

Okay Ally on Fall Out Boy:

When I first heard the song Sugar We're Going Down, I had never heard of them before. But I liked the song, so out of curiousity I went to itunes and listened to the 30 second samples of the songs on the CD (that's what I do with every CD I consider buying, just so I won't end up with another crappy CD on my shelf). Anyways, I bought it and I practically wore the thing out because I listened to it so much. I ended up getting their 1st CD too and listened to that constantly as well. During this period, Fall Out Boy began getting HUGE. They were everywhere, you couldn't turn on a radio or MTV without hearing one of their songs. Every time I heard that they were going to perform on some show, I would be sitting in front of the TV, drooling. Literally, I couldn't wait until they came on. I've never seen them perform live but I have seen a few of their TV perfomances, and I've come to the conclusion that they are sucky performers. They do so much jumping, and spinning, and running around, that by the time they have to go and sing they're panting out the words they're so out of breath. I mean, it doesn't even sound like the same song. (my friends who have seen them live in concert admit this).

But now, I'm all Fall Out Boyed out, I'm in regression, if you will. It's gotten to the point that if I see them on TV, I just keep flipping through the channels. Or if I find out that I have a new song coming out, I don't bother to find out what one it is because I know that in the course of 2 days, I'll hear the song more times than I will in my entire life (I mean, their songs get more air time than a helicopter). I still like a few of their songs though, Grand theft autumn, and A little less 16 candles will always be 2 of my favorites.

Well, that's my view at least..
