And regarding the band, for all you "fans" that think that they're "OMGZ SO AMAZING!!!1!!11" try hearing them live. I was watching SNL the other night and they were their guest band...Lets just say I was completely blown away and could find and hear better talent on the side of a street outside of a bar. Absolutely HORRIBLE, and a sad excuse for a band.

What is that supposed to mean? I don't know if you know, but before they tore themselves apart, GNR was one of the greatest rock bands of all time. Yeah, thats right. I would rank them right up there with Zep and Floyd and The Who and Aerosmith. Oh and just to clue you in, there are a lot more rock bands than Floyd and Zep. (I actually am not a big fan of Floyd) Here is a beginning list for you.
