Seems like bonus points are gone and Welcome Home was cut $500 for current members. I have to find the link for the prospective members. I wonder if Welcome Home is only $500 for them now?

That $161.10 for 150 becomes $193.33

Still more than the incentives prior to the summer incentives. I think the April incentives were around $180 for 150 pts.

Given that they did not really change the RIV incentives…at least at the 150 mark..it tells me they feel it will sell fine being it’s now the lowest priced option.

Seems like worst incentive for new members and similar/worst incentives for members. Going to be a rough month for sales.

My guesses:
VDH- looking to get those staying and visiting at grand opening to buy in hence the Oct 30 deadline
Riveria- trying to minimize incentives and get as much as they can before Poly Towers open and Riviera becomes a tough sale because, well Poly, most loved and most rabid fans!
VGF- in the home stretch
AUL- making more money with cash rooms and gave up on trying to sell it out

I’ve not seen them yet but expecting VGF to have sold about 15% (270k points) if now declaring nearly sold out…. although a lot of those won’t be recorded until Sep.
