Yesterday was difficult. I'm realizing what a 'spending junkie' I am. A day off used to automatically mean going out for lunch or to Target or whatever. I didn't spend vast amounts of money, but I did spend something nearly every day. It's a weird realization.

Isn't it though? Luckily I live so far in the woods that it takes me a good 30 minutes to reach anywhere to spend money (and my workplace isn't near any shops)! I make up for it online, though.

Aiming for 8!
2/14: don't ask! Lunch, cat food, Target, and more I've already forgotten!

We should really hit those post valentines sales. Ooooh, look, Big Hero Six is playing at the cheap theater. UGH. We stayed home and had a wonderful day. MORE OF THIS!

I had a sick kiddo, so I was able to avoid the Valentine sales, too! I may regret not figuring out a way to get there when I pull out the Valentine box next year and don't find any cards or little gifts for my students already in there, but…. Back to work tomorrow, and that should help.
