no not really,I wanted to work in the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, but alas I got merchandise. Which can be a good thing considering I already will know how to do alot of things when I'm being trained. I can work about any register, and I know how to get kids screaming for something so mom and dad will buy it to shut them up. HAHA A little under handed but that's business.

I'm wondering if I'm goin to be put out in an outside quiosk centre. That would be cool....until it rained. HAHA

Do they offer BBB as CP role now? Is it a separate request? I mean like, say you want to work Space Mountain, you have to apply for Operations, and request attractions, but you don't know what you'll get... could be front of park or parking, or something...

I'm just wondering because if it isn't it's own identity and CP's are allowed to work there, then I would easily say it falls under MErch and you just might be there afterall... Maybe, I can't promise that and don't want to set your hopes too high, but I'd say it's still possible...at least the way I see it. I haven't see the role checklist this session though...

Ahh I'm a wreck! I've been home sick and all I can do is wait for the mail! I was so sure it was going to come today. I have a habit of stalking the mailman. Not literally, but I check to see if the mail truck is on our street and then watch to see when she gets to our house and then I hide behind the corner so she doesn't see me. As soon as shes around the corner I have already gotten the mail. (this isn't the first time) So I waited for the mail today and I was about to explode from anticipation and all we got was freakin junk mail. Grrr! I wish there was some way to know exaclty what day it would be here.

Yes, it is its own role. I actually interviewed for one of the BBB roles, but they only hire people with Salon experience. When I said that I had none, my interviewer was very polite and said - sorry, no chance for you then!

I guess they only hire 10 CPs at a time, it's incredibly difficult to get!

Hmmm...interesting. They definitely didn't let CPs anywehre near BBB last spring...haha. Very cool...I understand them wanting people with salon experience, though I don't imagine many CPs with any true salon experience. I studied hair and make-up for theatre and film, but typically people go to college or cosmetology school. Usually not both, and if they do...they probably aren't doing the CP. That probably helps to explain the low number of those accepted.

I'm very happy for you . The reason I asked was because I was wondering if they put you there because of your retail experience. Cause I have a feeling I'll end up in merch too, cause of my retail background.

How long did it to get your letter, if you don't midn if I ask???? I sent in paper work around the week of Feb. 11, no reply!!!! Hope come soon, nervous wreck

Hey I figured I'd answer you also since they recieved my paperwork on Feb 13th (I express mailed it for $16 so it would get there faster, lol). I recieved an e-mail a few days after that stating they had recieved my paperwork and I recieved my acceptance letter this Tuesday the 4th. Hope that helps, and good luck!

my letter was dated feb 28.. so it took a week to ge to me and i only live 2 and a half hours away.. haha at least i got it

Yes you can be. In Fantasyland (where I worked) we had 3 outdoor carts, and I worked them all.
