I made it! My recruiter called me today to inform me that I have been accepted into the Fall Advantage Program for Attractions! i am sooooo excited!

Yay!!! Congratulations Jessie!!! Wow, you got a phone call, that's pretty special. Now you get to join the rest of us counting down the days until May!!!

Hello everyone! I have a few questions in regards to the Fall program. I have a brother who is currently doing the Spring program (he went down this past January and is actually 27!). I've been seriously considering doing the WDW college program for close to a year now. Now on to my questions: When does the Fall program actually start? Am I too late to fill out an application and schedule an interview? I'm afraid that I missed my school's presentation, as it was March 19th. However, I been to a presentation in the past. Can I still get in on this?

It doesn't hurt to try. The worst they can say is no. Call up the recruiting line where you schedule your phone interview- they'll let you know if it's too late.

Sure, they're still actively recruiting for the Fall season, with most arrivals in August (they may be still recruiting for Fall Advantage [begins in May], but I sort of doubt that).

You can visit wdwcollegeprogram.com and view the current ePresentation, fill out an application and get the contact information to schedule an interview.

NOT AT ALL! Some school presentations do not even occur until April. I would just hurry and watch the E-Presentation on-line to set up your interview. Even though you attended the presentation last semester you'll have to watch it again. I also applied for FA and haven't heard anything yet!

Hello! The FA starts in May/June, and the Fall program starts in Aug/Sept. Disney is currently recruiting for FA/Fall 2008. You are not too late, but I would apply ASAP, because many of the popular roles are filling up (since they have been applying for almost 2 months now). And even if you miss a school presentation, you can apply online. Good luck!

I just got my email that said I've been offered a character performing role!!!!! Whooooooohooooo!!!!!! I'm so excited!!!!!!!

Now I'm just waiting with my bf to see if he got in too!!! I hope the news is good!!! jw....how often does disney turn people down? My bf has no reasons not to be accepted (grades, felonies or that stuff) but we're just nervous!!!!!

I haven't done the program yet, but I've done a ton of research (cause I too am afraid of not getting in). It seems they only turn people down who apply to late after all the roles have been filled. I haven't really found any cases of people being turned down otherwise.

Im like totally just curious, since you are from Puerto Rico do you do the International CP or the regular?

When you submit your acceptance it asks you for your name for your name tag. Are you allowed to put a nickname like Sam or do I have to put samantha? I always go by sam and thats what I always put on my name tags, but I was curious as to what their views on nicknames are.

I think you can have Sam, it says you can have a derivative of your first name. If you go by Sam then put Sam, otherwise you'll just ignore people who call you Samantha.
