Fall 2016 Opens this week PLUS NEW ITINERARY INFO

I'm getting really excited about the Canadian cruise from NYC. We've always wanted to see Nova Scotia, and this would give us a good first taste. We went as far north as Maine one year and always wanted to continue on up further into Canada. Our son will be starting college that fall, so DH and I are thinking it's the perfect first adult only DCL cruise for us! Plus, we can drive to NYC, so there's no airfare to consider for once!! :car:

Is there any word about the end-of-the year Christmas cruises, on the Fantasy? We're looking to book a week in December, first and foremost, and want to make sure the week we book is a Very Merrytime Cruise. Right now the site's saying "Sail Dates - TBD". Will that info be out when booking opens, or are we going to have to take a stab at it?

Since they only recently told the travel agents about the Merrytime cruises for 2015, you can't expect those to be announced for 2016 by tomorrow.

So far it seems that middle of November up until the cruise that includes Christmas Day have been Merrytime cruises. The New Years cruise is a special thing in itself, not officially a Merrytime cruise, but other stuff added in from what previous cruisers have reported.

If it is not a closed loop cruise (starting and ending at the same port) you need a passport. I am guessing that this cruise is a one way from NYC to San Juan and not round trip to NYC.

I'm going to be looking at the NYC to San Juan, that's a super exciting itinerary for me! Or the WBTA to NYC. That would be fun rolling into NYC via a Disney ship.

I'm guessing the WBTA will be much cheaper than the NYC-San Juan but we'll see...

Oh, thanks! I didn't know that 2015 was a recent announcement. Well, we'll just aim for 2nd week in December, that should be in the window. Appreciate the help!

I think any week between Thansgiving and Christmas should be a very safe bet!

I wish they'd do a couple of cruises to nowhere out of NYC like they did before. THAT I could do if over a weekend.

What is the Magic doing after it gets to Puerto Rico? PR to Miami? Am I just overlooking it?
